Step 2 — Click Add project, give it a name (e.g. davis-golf), disable Google Analytics, click Create project.
Step 3 — In the left sidebar click Build → Realtime Database. Click Create Database, choose United States, select Start in test mode, click Enable.
Step 4 — Copy the Database URL shown at the top (looks like https://davis-golf-default-rtdb.firebaseio.com). Paste it in the Firebase Database URL field above.
Step 5 — Click Connect Firebase. Share the app URL with your group — everyone will see the same tee times instantly.
